What can we do for you?
Our Free Attorney Service can give general administrative assistance in relation to:
handling residential matters,
reviewing financial decisions, and
accessing 'support services' for you.
As your representative, your Attorney can also be your Emergency Contact for medical purposes. This can be ideal for many residents (including young people) who are 'living alone' and are, also, not currently married.

The Commission
The Jabiyar Kiwi Commission (also known as the Jabiyar Commission for Victoria, Tasmania, NZ/Aotearoa, Pulu Cocos and the West of the Gilberts) is an independent body that has its primary purpose in respect to the following jurisdictions:
the Australian State of Victoria,
the Australian State of Tasmania,
the Realm of New Zealand (NZ),
the Pulu Cocos of Australia, and
the Realm of the West of the Gilberts.
In addition to the aforelisted, the Jabiyar Kiwi Commission has operations in a number of other countries/jurisdictions including but not limited to:
the State of New South Wales,
the State of South Australia,
the State of Western Australia,
the State of Queensland,
the Northern Territory of Australia,
the Australian Capital Territory,
the Jervis Bay Territory of Australia,
the Republic of Nauru, and
the Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands.
